Abby Pecoriellois is traveling the country tour for her recently published book, Crafty Mama Makes 49 Fast, Fabulous, Foolproof (Baby & Toddler) Projects.  Driven by the desire to dress her first baby in cute togs that did not break the bank, the Crafty Mama was born.  This clever mom has turned her crafting whiles to creating a whole platform for moms around the country to form Crafty Mama groups. 

If you live in the N.Y. area you can enroll in Abby’s class, the rest of us have to make it ourselves. But you are not alone, Abby has provided a lifepreserver with this book.  Inside you are provided the steps to form a group and 49 wonderful projects to keep your group going for sometime. 

The crafts are for experienced crafters and novices so don’t let that hold you back. Easy to follow step by step instructions and unbelievably cute results. Watch out, everyone in your life will be asking you to whip off one or another of these projects for them no matter what their age. 

It is a great idea if you are planning a shower for a friend or know someone that is too.  Come out to meet Abby at Anderson’s Bookshop in Downers Grove, 5112 Main Street, 630-963-2665 at 3:00pm on Wednesday, August 6th.  You will want to grab a book or two and how fun to give them to friends with a special message from Abby.
