is just one of the wonderful public libraries across the nation.  But I just learned this evening that our library is the largest public library in the nation.  I am proud that Chicago boasts this wonderful fact and I think we should all celebrate and visit our local library.

If you have not been to a library lately, you will be surprised to see all of the services they offer. There are computers, meeting rooms, book clubs, dvds, cds and books on tape too.  They have programs and lectures and book clubs too.  And of course lets not forget the wealth of books to pick from in any genre you can think of.

Why not go to a library this holiday season?  Meet a friend at the library. Or simply take some time by yourself to explore, you will be glad you did.
